Bravo premiered a new Talk Show called “Kathy.” It’s a one-hour weekly pop culture talk show hosted by two-time Emmy award winner Kathy Griffin. It airs Thursday nights at 10:00 PM ET/PT. Every week the original gossip girl will have a whole hour to deflate the egos of everyone who is anyone and those who think they’re someone. “Kathy” will showcase Griffin’s unique take on celebrities, co-workers, friends, politicians, and yes, even her own boxed-wine swilling mother, Maggie. She’ll be burning the last of her already very few bridges all while enforcing a clothing optional work environment.
And this week is no exception. Chelsea Handler and Whitney Cummings will be guests on Kathy Griffin’s talk show this Thursday, June 7 at 10pm ET/PT. I’m sure you won’t want to miss all three of these women in one room!

“Look, I’ve called Academy Award winners a-holes and shown the world my awesome 51 year-old boobs, so I asked myself, what else is there to do,” said host Kathy Griffin. “I’m a true original. A snowflake! Time for a talk show, of course! So I called Bravo and clearly, they wanted to see pop culture get bent over by me, so here we go! It WILL hurt, America, but in a good way, I promise. Weeee!!!!”
Griffin already has had an impressive 13 original comedy specials for Bravo since 2005 and won two Emmy’s for the network’s “Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D List.” Her stand up specials “Kathy Griffin: Straight to Hell” (November 2008) and “Kathy Griffin: She’ll Cut a Bitch” (April 2009) were both nominated for an Emmy in the category Outstanding Variety, Music or Comedy Special. Four of her comedy albums have been nominated for Grammy’s and she received rave reviews on Broadway for her one woman show “Kathy Griffin Wants a Tony.” She is the recipient of the ‘GLAAD Vanguard Award,’ received the Trevor Project’s ‘Lifetime Achievement Award’ and ‘Ally for Equality Award’ from the Human Rights Campaign.
“Kathy” is produced by Embassy Row for Bravo with Kathy Griffin and Michael Davies serving as executive producers on the series. Eric Leiderman and Kay O’Connell are co-executive producers.
