Season Premieres

Whats On TV Tonight? Friday September 28th, 2007:

Sorry people its slim pickins for television. I am thinking of making it a DVD night. Here is the line up for tonights season premieres:

Ghost Whisperer @ 8/7c on CBS- 3rd season premiere:

“Melinda Gordon communicates with earthbound spirits, ghosts who cling to the living because they have unfinished business that prevents them from moving beyond the familiar plane of existence that we call life. Inspired in part by the real-life communicator with spirits, GHOST WHISPERER explores the spiritual side of life and death as Melinda navigates among the dead and the living in her sometimes chilling, sometimes heart-rending and sometimes amusing attempts to act as an intermediary between the ghosts and those they haunt. “

*NO ! Thank You.*

Las Vegas @ 9/8c on NBC – 5th season premiere: TWO HOUR SPECIAL

“In the Season 5 Premiere they pick up exactly where they left off… Danny rushes back to find Delinda, Ed tries to stop the robbery, Mary leaves her dad shot in a parking lot, Sam is stuck in a box, and Mike is just trying to help and at the end we say good bye to one of the Montecito’s best won’t be coming back.”

*Maybe? I do like the cast of this show and since there isn’t too much else to choose from….*

Moonlight @ 9/8c on CBS – 1st series premiere:

“An `undead’ private investigator helps the living, instead of feeding on them, by using his acute vampire senses. His unending ordeal is made more complicated by his attraction to an ambitious reporter and by his bloodsucking bride who forever changed his life 60 years ago with one bite.”

*Nope. Not for me.

Numb3rs @ 10/9c on CBS – 4th season premiere:

“a drama about an FBI agent who recruits his mathematical-genius brother to help the Bureau solve a wide range of challenging crimes in Los Angeles. The two brothers take on the most confounding criminal cases from a very distinctive perspective. Inspired by actual events, the series depicts how the confluence of police work and mathematics provides unexpected revelations and answers to the most perplexing criminal questions.”

*Okay. Okay. This I might watch. If I can’t find a good movie.

5 thoughts on “Season Premieres

  1. Fridays are never strong TV days for us. The only obligatory show is Meerkat Manor, and we always DVR that in case we are not home.

  2. They haven’t started yet, but when they do I’ll be watching Next Great American Band and Women’s Murder club on Fridays, and I’ll be watching Moonlight also.

In this house Saturday is the weakest day on TV, with only Torchwood to record

  3. Oh Leslie: HOW do you watch those scary ass shows?

Ingrid: I guess I could READ A BOOK. heh! That might actually be a GOOD IDEA

  4. I will be recording and watching Moonlight–it is in the same category as the Dresden Files, which may NEVER be on again. (Sci-Fi channel.) I have watched Numbers all of these years, simply because there hasn’t been anything else on on Friday, so will continue with that. And, Stargate: Atlantis begins a new season tonight, so that will be recorded, too. I am really finding the new season kind of a wasteland–not nearly as many shows to watch as I did last year. My checking account will take a major hit this year with all of the DVDs I will have to buy! 😀
