Tonight at 9:00pm on NBC It is time to say goodbye to season six.
I knew this evening would eventually arrive. I have done my best to prepare for this moment. I made fresh popcorn with extra butter, shut off my phone, locked the doors, closed the windows, shut the lights, moved the furniture in my house so that my sofa is 5 inches away from the TV screen, and I even turned off my computer so there will be absolutely no interruptions whatsoever. But I am still far from accepting the season finale of SCRUBS is happening tonight. *tear* It seems like just yesterday when JD was hiding in the supply closet terrified for his fist night “on-call†at Sacred Heart.
On a positive note, tonight’s season finale will be a FULL HOUR long! That’s right A FULL HOUR of SCRUBS.
“To Be or Not To Beâ€
J.D. (Zack Braff) and Eloit (Sarah Chalke) contemplate their futures in the one hour season finale of SCRUBS.
Father-to-be J.D.invites mother-to-be Kim (guest star Elizabeth Banks) to move in with him so that they can raise their child together. Elsewhere, Carla (Judy Reyes) helps bride-to-be Eliot (Sarah Chalke) plan for her upcoming wedding, while the Janitor (Neil Flynn) and the “Brain Trust” vow to make Keith (Travis Schuldt) the perfect husband-to-be. However, it doesn’t seem meant to be when at the baptism for Dr. Cox’s (John C. McGinley) daughter the father-to-be and the bride-to-be begin to contemplate the paths they have chosen and question whether or not they were the ones that were meant for each other all along. Elsewhere, Turk (Donald Faison) learns that life changes when you become a father. Ken Jenkins also stars as Dr. Bob Kelso.
Thank god NBC wised up and signed on for a seventh season, I think? But MAYBE NOT? Is it still really touch-n-go? I can ONLY HOPE that there will be one more completely new episode filled season. [biting off all my fingernails] To hold me over, I have downloaded every single episode that was available on itunes, but, I do have to go out and buy season one, two and three on DVD.
I hope you all join me in the Scrubs season finale. I think I will keep the comments here on and “open live†during the show!!
